The first major city in Nore Quenderin, the "Blessed Harbor" is the typical point of entry for immigrants to Nore Quenderin and is where most outside trade is conducted. It suffered the brunt of the attempted Shadow Knight invasion and was split in two by an Apocalypse missile attack, expanding the harbor.
New Valinhopa is the section of the town built on top of the SK damage and is the fastest growing municipality in the Republic. The Tiordras Mining Corporation is the largest employer in New Valinhopa and played a large role in cleaning the harbor and rebuilding it.
